Client Onboarding

Every great project starts with one message.

This page is the front door to working with DW Global Management. Tell us what you need, see exactly how the process runs, and hear back within one business day. No discovery-call gauntlet, no mystery pricing process.

The Process

From first hello to launch day — no surprises.

Five phases. You always know where your project stands and what happens next.

1

Inquiry

Today

Submit the form below with the basics — who you are, what you need, and your timeline. That's the whole first step.

Your part: five minutes on the form. That's it.
2

Scope & Proposal

Within 1–2 business days

We review your request, follow up with any clarifying questions, and send a written proposal: exactly what's included, what it costs, and how long it takes. Fixed scope, fixed price — no hourly meter running.

Your part: review the proposal and ask anything. Nothing moves until you approve.
3

Agreement & Kickoff

On approval

You receive the service agreement and initial invoice. Once both are squared away, the project officially kicks off and we collect everything we need from you in one organized pass — not a drip of requests over three weeks.

Your part: sign, submit the deposit, and share your materials (see the checklist below).
4

Build & Review

Per proposal timeline

We build. You get a working first version to react to — not a slideshow about a first version. From there, it's structured revision rounds until it's right.

Your part: honest, specific feedback. Short notes are fine — we move fast on them.
5

Launch & Handoff

Final approval

Final invoice settles, everything goes live, and you receive all deliverables and credentials that belong to you. If ongoing management is part of your engagement, this is where the monthly rhythm begins.

Your part: enjoy the launch. Tell a friend.
Be Ready

What we'll ask for at kickoff.

None of this is required to start — but having it ready makes Phase 3 a same-day step instead of a two-week one.

Brand materials

Logo files (the originals, not screenshots), brand colors if you have them, and any past materials you like — or hate. Both are useful.

Content & copy

Existing text, photos, menus, price lists, service descriptions. Rough is fine — polishing it is our job.

Access & accounts

Domain registrar login, existing website or social accounts, and Google Business Profile if applicable. We'll tell you exactly which ones apply to your project.

The decision maker

One person with final say keeps projects on schedule. Committees are welcome — but pick a tiebreaker before we start.

Phase One

Start your project.

Five minutes, no commitment. You'll hear from us within one business day.

Common Questions

Asked often.

How does pricing work?

Fixed-scope, fixed-price proposals. You approve the number before any work begins, and it doesn't change unless the scope does — and scope only changes when you ask for it in writing.

How fast can you move?

Fast. Single landing pages have shipped in days; larger builds run on the timeline in your proposal. If you have a hard deadline, put it in the form — we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible.

Do you only work with businesses in Florida?

No. We're headquartered in Orlando with deep roots in Atlanta, and digital work travels anywhere. Physical services — refrigeration, detailing, tint, print delivery — serve Central Florida and the Atlanta area.

What happens after launch?

Everything that belongs to you is handed to you — files, credentials, accounts. If you want ongoing management (social, content, site updates), we'll propose a monthly engagement. No lock-in, no hostage-holding.

I'm not sure what I need yet. Should I still submit?

Yes. Pick "Something else," describe the problem in plain terms, and we'll come back with options. Figuring out the right move is part of the service.
